The activity of ENSER included the geotechnical design of the whole segment, with reference to the embankments, the foundation structures, the viaducts and all the related infrastructures necessary for the high speed railway. In particular:

• The segment of high speed railway subject of this design has a length of 16.5km;
• The segment of interconnection between the high speed line and the Parma station has a lenth of 7.1km.
