The BIM approach (Building Information Modeling) is now an integral part of the managerial and operational processes of ENSER, with the definition of a dedicated organization chart and with the adoption of methods and procedure of collaboration and control of the digital models.
ENSER has several certified Professionals (BIM Specialist, BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, ACDat Manager).
The BIM approach allows us to:
Improve the interdisciplinary collaboration among Engineers, Architects, MEP specialists, contractors and maintainers
Improve the quality of a Design
Reduce the risk of interference and of errors during the construction phase of a project
Develop a virtual database for our Client which is useful during the management period of an asset
In recent years ENSER has obtained a number of prizes for the innovative use of Bim Authoring softwares and for the Computational Design.
