The distinctive expertise of ENSER is the solution of cases of soil-structure interaction. Starting from the planning and supervision of in-situ soil investigations and laboratory tests, we aim to the definition of local stratigraphies and mechanical characteristics of the soil, in order to derive the correct geotechnical parameters for our design.
With a wide experience of the sloping mountainsides in the Italian territory, our competences include the identification of active or quiescent landslides, the verification of slope stability in static and seismic conditions, the design of escarpment stabilization methods (mechanical, with drainage, etc.).
In order to satisfy the stringent requirement for bearing capacity and settlement of various types of infrastructures, we can design specific soil improvement in a wide range of solutions, among which: lime and cement stabilization, settlement reducer piles, stone or gravel columns.
For our computations we use specialized softwares, regularly updated, that allow us to solve complex geometries and 3D cases.
