Over the past 25 years, ENSER has gained a considerable experience in the design of maritime works, from conception to construction. Our expertise, oriented to the resolution of soil-structure interaction issues, allows us to provide cost effective solutions to our clients, that require specific knowledge of the soil behaviour. We are often challenged by very poor ground conditions in the construction sites of maritime structures, making us familiar with the planning and interpretation of soil investigations, the evaluation of different solutions for soil improvement, and the execution of calculations with advanced software.

We also provide value engineering for tenders, consultancy to project management, construction supervision and consultancy for testing and commissioning of structures in a marine environment.

Until today ENSER has designed quay walls, jetties and various types of maritime works in Italy and abroad, in particular in the ports of Onne and Lagos (Nigeria), Guaruja (Brazil), Kuryk (Kazakistan), Weda Bay (Indonesia), Nouadhibou (Mauritania), Freetown (Sierra Leone), and many others.
